Artemis Gold adds Australia's Mt Todd project in all-share Vista Gold deal
The deal terms are clean: no cash, no new debt, just a straight share swap, which keeps Artemis Gold's balance sheet untouched while it still needs three separate approvals before Mt Todd becomes part of the company. That makes this an agreement, not yet a done deal.
